This brings me to another topic or whatever you’d want to call it
Scheduling: The schedules are most important for anyone looking to grow. Its important not because it tell you what to be done and what time but also because once you are in a habit of following it, even if you don’t have any energy left out of the previous task, it’ll still come naturally to do. You’d still do it without bothering about anything much. The best of the best know the power of scheduling and anyone who says otherwise just doesn’t want you to know about it or might not have the best of your intentions in his mind. That is to say, such individuals may project a choice on you and that’s another dimension. The simple and ordinary and yet very powerful tool to keep yourself active and away from all negativity is scheduling and implementing. Scheduling is still not that difficult as many say they think it is. Its not even half the work done, its not even 25%, its nothing more than 20% imo. The Albert Einstein quote about a problem and how he’d take 50 minutes thinking about a solution doesn’t apply here at all. That’s because it’s not a problem you’re solving, its a condition you want your body to adhere to. I’ve seen the miracle firsthand after following the same schedule for over 3 years, give or take.
Its also to say that proper rest in much required if you have too depressing a schedule like mine, make your Saturday’s and Sundays free. I’ve often found that the best start to an efficient day is to start early with lots of physical exercise. Once complete, get into a habit of eating a heathy and heavy breakfast. This should last you till the first half of the day, this is when you have your lunch. The dinner is around early evening, say 8 or 9. This gives us enough time to digest and sleep restfully. There has been a few habits that I have commited to however there are a few I’ve faulted in and I’ll pick them up now. I’m going to create my schedule in Google’s calendar and paste the link below for anyone to view, comment etc. etc. However, whatever, whenever you feel like.
Once I have the calendar available publicly, I’ll start adding tasks and daily chores to them and I’m guessing that I’ll be able to stick to it for the coming one month startight. As I’ve thought earlier, and obviously written down, I’m going to add tasks around the steps of first learning and then creating videos for students in school, in Hindi. Let me write down or create a top level structure for my day.
P.S: There was this beautiful girl who started her own blog about touring across country/countries and it was really marvellous. There wasn’t anything too flashy but was really wordy.
